That’s Mental Health Awareness Week back in May, although we try to champion Mental Health & Welfare Digital Marketing Company in Bath throughout the year.
Most recently, Tim ONQOR go Go-Karting for charity and to blow off some steam!
We finished at work a little early and got the train to Buckmore Park Race Track in Kent.
ALL GEAR & NO IDEA
All kitted up and raring to get behind the wheel, ONQOR Team Winning Strategies discussed, we headed in for the briefing.
TEAM NO. 12.
Post-briefing and Team numbers are allocated, we each had a couple of warm-up lap. Do we really need them though?! Check us out – true racer!

Placing 21 of 30 in Line-Up, we will not let this dampen our spirits.
Considering it is a 2-hour race, we have to divide the time between the three of us, including when and who will make a pit stop for fuel (truth be told, we really forget about filling out altogether).

JOE
First up, Bossman himself.
How did you find it? Ahh I’m in my element, it was great fun! All the more enjoyable knowing all the results would be a good goal.
You’ve done before? Yes – absolutely loved the Go-Karting!
The level of self-confidence? 100!
The fastest lap? 52.8 seconds
Put us? 19/31, go!
ANNA
Ready and determined to push us some places more, Anna take to the track.
How did you find it? A little nervous to begin with, there are a lot of people (Han and I was a little outnumbered)! However, after the first few minutes, I loved the feeling of being in control behind the wheel!
The fastest lap? I do not see, I guess is pretty fast though ?
Put us? Okay, so I’m dropping us some place – 25/31 healthy! Still managed to turn around this.
HANNAH
Hannah’s next ride, no previous experience but positive vibe along – we have faith in him to take him home.
How did you find it? Really fun, there is a certain rush of adrenaline pumping through your body out on the track.
The fastest lap? … errr was taking an important part right?!
Put us? There are several drivers that pretty brutal out there, we dropped to 26/31. Sorry guys! Note to self: a future career in go-kart racing – negative.
Why is this important?
Overall, a fantastic night out, team building and getting stuck in to something other than work! Well done everyone – great job.
With Mental Health as one of the values of our company is strong, we try to make Wellbeing Team event a regular thing. Everyone worked super hard here in ONQOR, long hours and despite the high productivity (… maybe not so much on Friday afternoon), take the time to have fun is great for team morale and productivity.
We do our bit to champion Mental Digital Marketing Agencies in Bath Health in the office, while brainstorming for future activities to keep us happy and healthy mind – ideas?
